| ELIGIBILITY |
We prefer candidates/stockiest(s) having minimum 5 years of rich pharma selling experience in the particular district in which he is willing to work as our franchisee. He should have good contacts with the leading doctors of his district who are ready to give you their unflinching support. And last but not the least he should be willing to invest at least 1.00 lakhs to 1.50 lakhs initially to start up as our franchisee for the assigned district. The higher the investment sooner & higher will be the returns. |

- Given above is a role model, the profits will variate depending upon the product selection by the Franchisee as well as the market conditions prevailing in his district.

- We always recommend that a Franchisee must have 10-15 doctors Patron doctors in his District to whom he can offer services and take an assured sales of Rs. 20,000 to Rs. 25,000 from these 10-15 doctors. So that he may have no difficulty in completing his sales targets from these patron Doctors and secondly he should have the list of 5-100 doctors who shall ethical promotion and the M.R. should generate business from these doctors so as to cover up his expenses and to your profit.

Sales and promotion shall be for the allotted area only. The same will be on monopoly basis. |
| SALES TEAM |
The appointed franchisee will have to appoint/arrange medical representatives. The number of the appointees shall be as per the area’s requirement or needs as found by the franchisee. The expenses of these appointees are borne by the franchisees however they may avail assistance from the company in their selection. |
OPERATION POINT |
The current setup of the appointed Franchisee (shop/office/stockiest point) could be used as operation point. |
SUPPORT FROM COMPANY |
- The company will ensure constant and streamed supplies of goods.
- The company will provide on cost basis the complete range of promotional materials, etc to the Franchisees.
- The company has appointed Field Sales Manager who shall be regularly visiting our Franchisees to see to your achievements and sorting out problems if any. If required by the Franchisees our managers will also visit their doctor and provide on job training to their medical representatives.
- If required the company will help our Franchisees in selection of efficient field staff.
- Journals like Drug Today, etc
- The company shall offer attractive “BONUS OFFER/ SPECIAL OFFER” from time to time to enhance the profit of the Franchisees

SCOPE FOR EXPANSION |
We are in speed of rapid expansion. In a very short period of time we are able to include some of the most Prestigious Pharma Companies in our list of satisfied customers (on job work basis). Moreover, we have some wonderful plans to increase our market penetration by adding at least 10-15 products in every quarter of a particular F.Y. The suggestions from Franchisees regarding new products shall always be entertained and these new products would be offered to our Franchisee supplementing their incomes manifolds. |

- You shall be a Franchisee of a “COMPANY” which gives regular advertisement support in leading Medical Journals like DRUG TODAY, etc.
- You shall be a Franchisee of a “company” in which you will get the regular visit of Trained Manager of the Company ready to assist you in the field.
- You shall be a Franchisee of a “COMPANY” whose specialty also lies in packaging. We are equipped with the latest “ALU-ALU” packing. Our VISUAL AID in book style and promotional items is far more superior to what is generally prevailing in industry.
- You shall be a Franchisee of a “COMPANY” which checks and control infiltration of goods from one territory to other by the way of proper Coding on Goods. (Any party infiltrating to any other area will attract immediate action/ cancellation from our side).
- You shall be a Franchisee of a “COMPANY” which is having at least 100% of products as its Registered Brand.
- You shall be a Franchisee of a “COMPANY” which offers you web based support and in our VISULAL AID is available in C.D. for working with laptop to doctors.
- You shall be a Franchisee of a “COMPANY” which shall be ready to offer maximum support to you as and when required.

TERMS & CONDITIONS FOR FRANCHISEE |
- We shall be supplying the goods and samples at Net Rate as per enclosed Net Rate’s list but the Net Rates may change any time due to abnormal price fluctuation of Raw Material.
- “C” form must be submitted in advance for each quarter of the Financial Year otherwise full 4% C.S.T will be charged. You will also provide Xerox copy of D.L., C.S.T., and V.A.T certificate to us.
- Promotion and sales will be only for allocated territory only.
- In case any franchisee is found infiltration of goods into the territory of other franchisee, in that case the concerned franchisee will be immediately terminated.
- You will have to purchase minimum of Rs. 25,000 initially to start with, however your ANNUAL TARGET per DISTRICT shall be minimum of Rs. 6 lakhs. It will be reviewed after 1st financial year.
- If you require more than 1 district the target will be increased in the manner of Rs. 6 lakhs per district. Thus,if you want 2 districts your ANNUAL TARGET shall be Rs. 12 lakhs and so on.
- Promotional materials, visual aid, samples, etc. will be provided at cost as per separate price list.
- Company will provide Bonus / Special offer from time to time subject to sole discretion of the company. The prevailing offers are enclosed for your reference.
- You should preferably have membership of Druggist and Chemist Association of your area, company will not share any expenses for local N.O.C or donation to association.
- All orders should be sent in writing along with the road permit wherever it is applicable.
- The goods will be supplied on advance payment by your convenient transport option.
- The goods from Thurs pharmaceutical (U.P) are sent insured and any breakage and leakage or any loss of goods during the transit can be claimed by the Franchisee from the Insurance Company. A very nominal charge for the Marine Transit Insurance i.e. 0.1% (variable percentage as per availability of policy) is added in the bill of franchisees to cover such risk in transit. Thus, Thurs Pharmaceuticals will not be responsible for the loss of goods and damages of goods in transit.
- Any unsold or slow moving or near to expiry dates goods or any expired goods and damages will not be entertained.
- The company shall give you full support as/ for/ wherever required by you for growth in your business. In any case and wherever felt that special attention/ support to overcome your problem is required a special attention shall be given. All the market feedback regarding new products, policies, etc are always welcome and incase any of them found suitable, shall be incorporated.
- Company will have written agreement covering all the terms and conditions. And all disputes are subject to THURS jurisdiction only.
